  Order 1 - cheese and tomato toast or with English breakfast tea. No cant have that the toaster is off manager said it must go off at 6 pm. I can see the toaster - it’s on the bench. Switch it on. Refused. Gave up.

  Order 2 from kiosk on the wall- cinnamon scroll and pot of English breakfast tea. Get to counter - “you can’t have that we don’t stock them”. Why is it on your menu? “You can have anything else in the display cabinet”. Mmmmm toasted sandwich already refused. Ok heated banana bread “Sorry toaster is off can’t heat it”. Ok refund the scroll and I will have my pot of tea. “Sorry paper cups only after 6pm the dishwashers on”. Well a mug of tea.”only paper cups” ok full refund.

  THEy GOT NO PARKING/ WAITING PLACES/ AND DANGEROUS FOR PEDESTRIANS. and they make a low grade burger, just spray the filling everywhere on the box. no care given here in this kitchen

  chicken burger meal with no lettuce no sauce, fries and small orange juice with 3 ketchups to add to the burger. Same sauce issue. Have you got too much sweet and sour sauce so are trying to make everyone eat it? It’s not working for me if I order ketchup I want ketchup!

  happy meal nuggets fries and sprite with ketchup - got happy meal with Sweet and sour source. I ordered the correct sauce - why can’t you provide it and I have to leave 2 kids on their own to go change it. Meals get cold while I wait in line to change the sauce.

  They never put enough sauce on the burgers. You get a few drops. Need just a little more so you can at least taste it. Not enough pickles/gerhkins. One or two tiny pieces that look like they were thrown from a distance and got folded in half or it's outside the burger and in the box.

  Your service over the past 5 Year’s has been going down hill and has now hit rock bottom. Customer service definition is providing a meal off your menu that a customer wants.perhas you might like to contact me to help you with that as I am a customer and you clearly can’t do that!

  My husband just ordered Classic Angus Burger at Coolum. First one came out cold. Second one the meat smelt off. Not out of date but perhaps left out too long. Could not eat. Lovely senior supervisor replaced with a Crispy Chicken Burger.

  Parents come in with kids after 6pm after pick up from school care. They would like to eat with their kids. Why can’t the toaster be switched on and off as needed? It only takes a few minutes to heat up. I’m happy to wait. Why cant I have my tea in a proper mug? It doesn’t take much washing up and I’m sure you could put a last load on at the end of the night. Paper cups make tea taste funny of the plastic coating.
